Mr. Shrivels is an interesting character and is a true connoisseur of mayhem. He engages in all sorts of mayhem and loves to wear socks with his sandals, as he does not care what other people think of him.

Mr. Shrivels has been nothing but a menace to society for as long as people can remember. Very few people know much about him, and those that do probably don’t want to get any nearer to him than they have to.

Dick Shrivels was raised in poverty and from a young age knew that he wasn’t going to be able to afford the nice little house with a white picket fence in the suburbs like his schoolmates. His funds were limited and he had to be sensible with what he could do, so he started dabbling in illicit activities. He stumbled on this at the age of eleven, after leaving the pet store with a large bag of cat food that had been on sale. Nobody had been in the store but him, and he was too scared to go in the pet food aisle, so he was delighted to find the sale. He loved cats, so he couldn’t resist buying some cat food. At that point in his life, he didn’t really grasp how bad it was for him to steal.

As Dick grew up, he found his love for mayhem and because of his desire for cats and chaos, he started doing what he could to keep them as pets. He really loved cats and thought that most people were awful, so he decided to start an illegal pet trade business. He knew that he had to be careful about it though, because if he was caught and shipped off to prison, he would never see his beloved cats again.
